We got to eat at our favorite breakfast joint in St. Paul, Day by Day, with my parents. Eggs with a cause; it is a self-sustaining, drug/alcohol treatment program. We also like the vibe of the place.
Jen and I decided that there are fewer funky places in DC; things here are just a bit more slick and polished. Less artwork climbing the walls.
